Well, we never won a star from the big groups, but every Saturday we created a special menu for our Diner in Surprise, Arizona. The parameters we set included a Chicken Entree or Pork Entree with soup, and special bread for $7.99 and $8.99 plus a bit extra for dessert which had chocolate in it somehow. "Some" of the menu items are listed.
